Who Gives A Crap is an Australian social enterprise that produces environmentally friendly toilet paper, tissues, and household paper products while donating 50% of its profits to help improve sanitation and access to clean water globally.

The Finance BI & Data Engineer role at Who Gives A Crap is focused on modernizing the company's finance data and analytics capabilities. It sits within the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team and reports to the Head of FP&A.

Key responsibilities

Design and build a real-time financial reporting platform that becomes the company's single source of truth.

Develop data models and semantic layers using Snowflake.

Build a profitability attribution engine to analyze performance by product, market, and sales channel.

Apply AI and machine learning to improve:

cash flow forecasting,

profit & loss forecasting,

scenario modelling,

anomaly detection.

Evaluate and improve finance systems such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) and other BI tools.

Create data governance and reconciliation processes to ensure financial data is accurate and auditable.

Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

Pay: From $11,700.00 per month
