Are you passionate about food and making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a part-time or casual Catering Assistant/Catering Services Assistant to join our friendly, supportive teams across our Residential Aged Care Facility in Western and Northern suburbs.

If you love working in a close-knit environment, enjoy flexible hours, and want to bring joy to others through nutritious meals, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Catering Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents. Your day might include:

• Collaborating with the team to plan and prepare meals
• Catering to dietary needs, preferences, and cultural requirements
• Supporting the Chef Manager and kitchen team with food orders and budgeting
• Maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
• Serving meals with care and professionalism
• Sharing ideas to improve our service and resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have full working rights in Australia - essential
• Hold a current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check - essential
• Have experience in aged care or hospitality, or are keen to learn
• Hold a Certificate II in Hospitality (or are willing to obtain one) or similar experience
• Communicate well and enjoy working in a team
• Are passionate about providing excellent care and service
