Full job description

Nova Biomedical is a growing ISO 9001:2015 certified biomedical equipment servicing company, providing field service and equipment support to healthcare clients across QLD, NSW, and WA. We're looking for an Electronics Engineering Technician to join our technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, verify, and repair electronic and biomedical equipment in accordance with technical specifications and Australian safety standards
  • Conduct fault-finding and diagnostic work on electrical/mechanical medical equipment, including circuitry and sensor-level repairs
  • Carry out routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and servicing of clinical equipment
  • Evaluate equipment performance and inspect completed work for compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all equipment worked on

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Relevant qualification or trade background in electronics, instrumentation, or biomedical engineering (degree or diploma level)
  • Demonstrated experience in equipment testing, fault diagnosis, and repair
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety compliance standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied service workload

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
