Are you a motivated graduate looking to kick-start your career in clinical research?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our growing clinical research team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced healthcare and research environment while working alongside experienced professionals on a range of clinical studies.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is a quick learner, digitally confident, highly organised, and eager to build a long-term career in research or healthcare.

About the Role
As a Research Assistant, you will provide operational and administrative support across a range of clinical research activities. You will assist the wider team with study coordination, participant-related activities, data management, and research administration.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting day-to-day clinical research operations
  • Assisting with study documentation and data entry
  • Managing and maintaining electronic systems and databases
  • Coordinating research-related administrative tasks
  • Assisting with participant scheduling and communications
  • Supporting compliance with research protocols and processes
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Bachelor degree in:

  • Biomedical Science
  • Pathology
  • Health/Medical Science/Nursing or related discipline
  • Strong digital literacy skills
  • Full Australian working rights
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience in healthcare, administration, laboratory, or research settings
  • Understanding or interest in clinical trials and research
  • Experience with electronic data capture systems or databases
