We are seeking a motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our supportive and close knit team on a permanent part time basis. With 24 hours per week, this role offers the opportunity to maintain a fulfilling career in pathology while enjoying greater flexibility for family, study, travel or personal pursuits. Based within Cowra Health Service, you'll play an important role in delivering high quality pathology services while enjoying the professional satisfaction that comes from working closely with clinicians, patients and the local community.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for delivering a range of operational laboratory activities including the coordination and provisions of scientific and technical training and the ongoing review, development and quality management of laboratory practices to ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures, quality standards and continual process improvement.
