Full job description
The purpose of this role is to provide technical services including maintenance, repairs, installations and preventative maintenance of health technology equipment and systems, ensuring safe, reliable and effective support for clinical services.
What you'll do
In this role you will perform routine maintenance and repair activities on biomedical equipment, assist with equipment installations and commissioning, document technical work and service activities, support the management of spare parts and test equipment, work closely with clinicians and healthcare staff to resolve technical issues, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of safe and effective health technology services across healthcare facilities.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
Holds an Associate Diploma, Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering
Has knowledge of electronic, mechanical or biomedical technologies
Can apply technical skills to maintenance, repair and troubleshooting activities
Has strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Works collaboratively within a team environment
Is committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement
