A Laboratory Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a laboratory, ensuring that research activities, laboratory equipment, staff, and resources are managed efficiently. The role ensures the laboratory operates safely, complies with health and safety regulations, and provides a productive environment for researchers, scientists, and biotechnology startups. They also manage laboratory budgets, inventory, equipment maintenance, and operational processes to support high-quality scientific research.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of laboratory facilities.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage laboratory equipment, maintenance, and calibration.
• Monitor laboratory inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Coordinate laboratory schedules and resource allocation.
• Supervise laboratory staff and provide operational support.
• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
• Manage laboratory budgets and operational expenses.
• Support researchers and project teams with laboratory requirements.
• Coordinate equipment servicing, repairs, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct safety inspections and support laboratory audits.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
