Start your career as a Retail Pharmacy Assistant - Fragrance Specialist with CWH Blacktown!

Join our high-energy, supportive team at our Blacktown store, one of the busiest and most vibrant retail locations in Sydney. We're part of one of Australia’s leading retail pharmacy groups, offering a wide range of well-known national and international brands. We’re looking for someone like you to help customers discover their perfect scent.

About the Role

As a Fragrance Specialist, you’ll provide personalised product advice, maintain inviting displays, and ensure a great customer experience every time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with fragrance enquiries and offering tailored recommendations
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining clean, well-organised displays
  • Processing purchases at the Point-of-Sale (POS)
  • Supporting promotional activities and ensuring pricing is accurate
  • Working as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a passion for fragrance and retail
  • Are confident in delivering great customer service
  • Work well both independently and within a team
  • Are organised and detail-oriented, especially with stock and presentation
  • Are reliable, punctual, and thrive in a busy retail environment
  • Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, or pharmacy is a plus – but not required (training provided)

Important to Know

This role involves being on your feet for most of the day, occasional lifting of stock, and fast-paced work — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives on staying active.
