About the Role

Friends’ Early Learning Centre is seeking a caring, qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our Exceeding-rated Centre. You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative team that delivers high-quality early learning programs for children aged from 12 weeks to four years, with a focus on curiosity, care, and development.

Key Focus Areas

• Build genuine, respectful relationships with children and their families
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment
• Promote wellbeing, positive behaviour and a culture of continuous reflection and improvement

Essential Qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• ACECQA approved Child Protection training
• Current First Aid & CPR Practical Assessment.
• Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (employment category)
• A satisfactory National Police Check
