Experienced Boat Detailer Wanted

$30–$38/hr | Monday-Friday | Mobile business servicing Fremantle to Hillarys and yacht clubs along the Swan River.

We’re on the lookout for our next crew member.

If you're someone who learns fast, takes pride in honest work, doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty, and values a good day’s effort — we might be a great fit.

At Ami Marine, we don’t overhype ourselves. We’re a small, hands-on crew who back each other, keep standards high, and leave egos at the door. No fluff. No drama. Just solid work on some of WA’s best boats, with a great view most days.

What’s in it for you:

Consistent, well-paced work

Monday to Friday – no weekends unless you're keen (a few in summer)

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in boat/yacht detailing (or detailing in the auto/marine world)

Works well independently and in a small team

Takes pride in their work — no cutting corners

Is punctual, reliable, and practical

Has common sense and initiative – we don’t micromanage

Is physically fit, confident on and around water (and can swim)

Has Registered, reliable car and Current driver’s licence.

Can be flexible when the day calls for it (occasional short notice changes)

Bonus points (but not deal breakers):

Prior experience in detailing, or marine work

This role won’t suit you if:

You’re just looking for a quick filler job.

You don’t genuinely enjoy hands-on work.

You need chasing up or constant reminders.
