ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a looking for a creative and innovative person to join our Cotton On team as a Graphic Designer with a focus on packaging design on a 12 month maternity leave cover. You will help deliver on products that our customers love and which reflect current trends in a fun and exciting way. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to interpret direction and be able to translate ideas into commercially-driven design solutions. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, to design graphics that align with our brand DNA. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e. Graphic Design
Demonstrated experience in a Packaging Design role
Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma and MS Excel
Proven ability in interpreting briefs and translating ideas into designs
Confident liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers
Ability to problem solve, take initiative and deliver on expectations and deadlines
Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
