Calling All Phone Sales Professionals

We don't need to sell you on this role. You either want to be the best on the phone or you don't.

We run lead generation for premium dental clinics across Australia — All-on-X full-mouth dental implant treatment, $20,000–$50,000+ procedures. We spend serious money on advertising to generate enquiries from people actively looking for treatment. The leads are warm. They've filled in a form. They want to talk to someone.

That someone is you. Your job: call warm leads, build rapport fast, educate them on the treatment, handle their concerns, and book consultations that they actually show up to.

But warm leads don't mean easy money. These are real people making a major life decision, and most of them are nervous, sceptical, or overwhelmed. It takes skill, patience, and relentless daily effort to move them from "maybe" to "booked and showed up."

The money is real. We have a lot of fun as a sales team. But you earn it — every single day. If you're looking for a cruisy remote job where nobody checks your numbers, or you plan to work from your kitchen or living room with family in the background — this isn't it.

What This Actually Looks Like Day-to-Day

• You log in on time. Every day. No excuses.
• You hit your call targets before you do anything else.
• Your calls are recorded. Your team listens to them. You get direct, honest feedback — and you act on it.
• You follow the process. Shortcuts get spotted fast.
• You track everything in the CRM. If it's not logged, it didn't happen.
• You debrief with the team. You share what's working. You ask for help when you're stuck.

This is a structured, high-output sales environment. If you've only ever worked unsupervised and set your own pace, this will be a culture shock.

What You'll Do

• Call and follow up with warm leads who've enquired about All-on-X dental implant treatment
• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and book qualified appointments that show up
• Guide potential patients through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence
• Hit daily call targets and maintain strong show-up rates
• Work closely with our marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality
• Track all activity in our CRM (Close)

Who You Are

• You've worked the phones in insurance, solar, telco, finance, gym memberships, timeshare, real estate — any high-volume or high-ticket phone sales environment
• You treat sales like a profession, not a fallback — you study your craft and get better every week
• Disciplined daily operator — you show up on time, hit the phones, and do the work whether you feel like it or not
• Thick skin and coachable — your calls are recorded, reviewed, and critiqued, and you welcome that
• Team-oriented — this is a tight crew that holds each other accountable. If you don't pull your weight, the team will let you know, and if you still don't step up, you won't last
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace

What You Get If You Perform

• $150K–$200K OTE — base plus commission. Top performers earn at the top. Average performers don't last.
• Warm leads provided — but converting them is on you
• Full training on the dental implant space — no dental background needed, but you will be expected to learn fast and sound like you know what you're talking about

• A growing operation — 40–50 clinics across AU, and expanding. More growth means more opportunity for people who earn it.
