What You'll Do

As an RBGV Retail Sales Assistant, you'll create memorable visitor experiences by delivering exceptional customer service across both Melbourne and Cranbourne sites. This includes providing knowledgeable sales advice and identifying opportunities to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. You'll help maintain an inviting retail environment through well-presented displays, stocked shelves, and efficient day-to-day store operations. Working collaboratively with the Retail team and colleagues across the organisation, you'll support stock management, inventory accuracy, and online order fulfilment by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders. Your contribution will ensure every in-store and online customer enjoys a seamless, professional experience that reflects the values and standards of RBGV.

What You'll Bring

You'll bring proven retail sales experience, a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the drive to succeed in a dynamic retail environment. With strong selling skills including cross-selling, upselling and closing, you'll confidently connect with visitors, offering helpful advice and creating memorable shopping experiences. Your cash-handling accuracy, POS proficiency and attention to detail will support smooth daily operations, while your initiative and adaptability will help you handle the challenges of a busy retail setting. A true team player, you'll enjoy collaborating to achieve shared goals, take pride in maintaining polished displays, and bring an enthusiastic, approachable attitude to every customer interaction. With a keen interest in learning the RBGV product range and sharing its story, you'll embody professionalism, flexibility and a genuine passion for retail excellence across both sites.
