About the Role

Bar Ferdinand is seeking passionate Casual Bartenders to join our team at 7 Alfred Place. This is a unique opportunity to work in a neighbourhood cocktail bar inspired by Melbourne’s botanical heritage and seasonal Victorian produce. You will be responsible for delivering refined takes on classic cocktails in a warm, intimate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve garden-led cocktails and refined classics with precision.
  • Provide knowledgeable service regarding our selection of Victorian wines, beers, and bar snacks.
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar environment consistent with our detail-driven standards.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and intimate atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Proven experience working in a high-quality bar or cocktail environment.
  • Availability to work across weekends and evenings.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
