About the Role
Legal Assistants provide important secretarial and administrative support to help our teams run smoothly. Typical duties may include:
- Providing proactive administrative support at a firm wide level
- Diary management and meeting coordination with clients and key internal and external stakeholders
- Secretarial support for high volume administrative tasks
- File management, including opening and closing files and maintaining electronic records
- Contributing generally to the smooth running of the team
Experience
You will ideally have 1-3 years’ administration experience supporting busy teams and helping to manage competing priorities. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Effectively work autonomously but importantly as part of a team
- Excellent technical skills and understanding of software applications
- Must have ability to work full time or 3 days a week
