4 Days Job - Corporate Halloween Event – Casual Event Assistants

Location: Luna Park Sydney, Milsons Point
Dates: 29 October – 1 November 2026
Hours: 5:00pm – 10:00pm each day
Commitment: Available for all 4 days
Pay: $38–$42 per hour + super, depending on experience

We are looking for 4 friendly, confident and energetic Event Assistants / Brand Ambassadors to join a premium Halloween brand activation at Luna Park Sydney.

About the role

You will be part of the on-site event team, helping create a fun, welcoming and engaging experience for visitors.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Welcoming and engaging with visitors
  • Assisting with Halloween-themed activities
  • Supporting gift redemption and lucky draw activities
  • Assisting with photo opportunities and visitor flow
  • Encouraging visitors to scan QR codes and engage with the brand
  • Providing basic information about the event and activities
  • Helping keep the activation area organised and presentable
  • Working closely with the event supervisor and other team members

We are looking for people who are:

  • Confident and friendly with excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging with members of the public
  • Energetic, outgoing and positive
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
  • Previous event, promotional, retail or hospitality experience is preferred
  • Experience working at brand activations is a plus

Dress Code: TBC
