As our Brand Manager, you will manage all aspects of our Seasonal POS fashion shoots, content shoots, oversee packaging development for kids and baby category, and be responsible for EDM creative development.

Part of a large marketing team full of ambitious, passionate and high-performing professionals, this is a highly autonomous role requiring you to collaborate and influence cross-functionally across the business.

Ideally you are a go-getter that is always on top of the next big thing – be it keeping tabs on the hottest new campaigns and talent, unearthing the latest trends in sustainable packaging, or identifying cool and innovative content. You have a thirst for creativity and love pushing the boundaries, but also know when to pick your battles. Importantly, you are equally as happy managing BAU packaging requests and overseeing POS signage rollout, as you are being involved in the bigger picture projects. You are a real people-person, and stakeholder management and collaboration come naturally to you, as does calmly managing any crisis' as they arise.


What experience do I need?

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Min 2-3 years' experience working in brand marketing ideally in retail, fashion or FMCG industry
  • Experience managing photoshoots and talent shots
  • Packaging experience – NPD, new styles, refreshes, new lines
  • Creative lens – you need to champion the brand aesthetic and bring it to life through all aspects of the role and effectively communicate to stakeholders, particularly external agencies, the ‘Bonds quality' in all executions
  • Experience coordinating large scale campaigns and projects, from strategic development, through implementation to evaluation of the outcome
  • You are extremely proactive and resilient, and able to run at things independently – managing timelines and delivering on time and to a high quality is essential, and you don't shy away from a challenge (or challenging stakeholder)
  • Your organisational skills are strong and your attention to detail impeccable
