TJR Construction Adelaide is on the lookout for motivated and passionate tradespeople to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced bricklayer or a general labourer looking to upskill, we want to hear from you!

We work on a wide range of residential and commercial projects and are currently hiring for the following roles:

  • Bricklaying & Blocklaying (residential + commercial)
  • General Labouring
  • Retaining Wall Construction
  • Residential & Commercial Extensions
  • Demolition & Earthmoving
  • Landscaping

Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in every area – if you're eager to learn, we’ll support you with on-the-job training in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Who We’re Looking For

We're after individuals who are driven, reliable, and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying or equivalent
  • OR 2+ years of on-the-job experience (or 3+ years of relevant experience)
  • ANZSCO Skill Level 3
  • Solid experience in both residential and commercial bricklaying
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, levels, and complex layouts
  • Proficiency with all standard bricklaying tools and equipment
  • A strong commitment to worksite safety
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Good physical fitness – able to handle manual work for extended periods
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Registration or relevant site licensing may be required
