We're looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help bring The Commons brand to life across a wide range of print and digital touchpoints.


About the role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and wider Marketing team to create engaging, on-brand creative that supports our business across coworking, hospitality and health clubs.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 2–3 years' experience who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. No two days are the same, you'll work across campaigns, events, social media, print, signage, merchandise, presentations and more, while contributing fresh ideas and helping evolve our creative output.

What you'll do

Graphic Design

  • Design engaging marketing collateral across print and digital channels.
  • Create social media graphics, EDM assets and paid advertising creative.
  • Design brochures, flyers, posters, menus, signage and promotional material.
  • Produce artwork for events, activations and campaigns.
  • Prepare artwork for print and liaise with suppliers where required.
  • Support the creation of presentations, internal communications and branded documents.

Brand

  • Apply and uphold The Commons brand across every creative touchpoint.
  • Maintain consistency across multiple brands within The Commons ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of brand assets and templates.
  • Assist in reviewing creative produced across the business to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Community, Hospitality and Health Club teams to deliver creative solutions.
  • Join brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take feedback positively and continuously develop your craft.


About You

You're a creative thinker with a strong eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.


You enjoy collaborating with others, love turning ideas into engaging creative, and take pride in producing polished, high-quality work. You're curious, proactive and always looking for ways to improve your skills.


Essential Experience

  • Around 2–3 years' experience in a Graphic Design role or creative agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality design.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience creating digital assets for social media, websites and EDMs.
  • Basic motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar).
  • Experience preparing artwork for print.
  • Photography or videography skills.
  • Experience using Canva.
  • Experience working within hospitality, lifestyle, wellness or property brands.
