Location: Cherrett Chiropractic – Clyde North, VIC
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Fixed Roster

  • Tuesday: 9:30am–12:30pm & 3:00pm–7:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:30am–12:30pm & 3:00pm–7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am–12:30pm

Additional hours may become available as the clinic continues to grow.

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist to become an important part of our team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll help create a positive experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our chiropractors and Practice Manager to provide outstanding customer service and ensure the day-to-day operations of the clinic run efficiently.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails and patient enquiries.
  • Book, reschedule and confirm appointments using Cliniko.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Assist with patient forms and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Rebook appointments and support patient retention.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organised and welcoming.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinic presentation.
  • Restock reception and clinic supplies as required.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

  • Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
  • Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Is comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
