We're looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant for our Boutique Agency based in the heart of Sydney CBD. Managing a well established desk supplying construction professionals and tradesmen across Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to address their unique challenges.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and training materials to effectively communicate findings and proposed solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of recommended strategies, ensuring seamless integration and successful outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance consulting services.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably across multiple industries.
• Construction Recruitment experience highly desired
• Recruitment experience essential - proven track record of delivering and achieving revenue targets
• Positive attitude and work ethic with a consultative mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a close knit team of professionals
