The Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager to join our Business Advisory Division. You will play a key role in delivering strategic advice, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services including business planning, strategy facilitation, and process improvement.
• Manage workflow, budgeting, and team performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Oversee technical compliance work including financial statements, tax returns, and management reports.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and represent the firm in client meetings.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline.
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in accounting, with prior experience in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Excel, QuickBooks, and MS Office (APS desirable).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
