About the Role

Sheertex Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will analyse business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and support management in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.

* Prepare reports, business cases, and performance analysis.

* Work with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

* Support the implementation of new systems and business process improvements.

* Monitor business performance and provide strategic recommendations.

* Perform other duties relevant to the Business Analyst position.

Essential Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

* Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is preferred.

* Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Salary

AUD 80,000 – AUD 90,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
