Professional Development Mentor (Remote)

Location: Remote (Australia, USA & European Union)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting performance-based earnings range of $10,000–$15,000 per month (based on achieving performance targets).

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and self-driven Professional Development Mentor to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, values continuous learning, and is comfortable working independently while following proven systems and processes.As a Professional Development Mentor, you'll engage with prospective clients, share information about our personal development programs, and guide qualified applicants through our discovery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with qualified leads.
  • Share information about our professional development programs and business opportunity.
  • Attend scheduled Zoom meetings and online training sessions.
  • Participate in daily personal and professional development activities.
  • Guide prospective applicants through a structured discovery process.
  • Utilise AI tools and technology to improve productivity and communication.
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in Australia, the United States, or the European Union.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, coaching, mentoring, or business development is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable using online communication platforms and digital technology.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Work Schedule

This position offers flexibility; however, applicants should be available to work approximately 2–4 hours during the morning and 2–4 hours during the evening/night to accommodate business activities and meetings across multiple time zones.
