You'll contribute to real programs that influence how orders are fulfilled, how transportation flows across Australia, and how we improve the systems that underpin network performance — work that has direct impact on delivery speed, cost, and customer experience.

This is a 3-month internship where you'll work alongside experienced program managers, gain exposure to cross-functional teams, and build practical skills in program delivery, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Please note: To be eligible for this program you will need to be available for the full internship period and have full working rights for 3 months from Dec 2026 - Feb 2027



Key job responsibilities
Support active workstreams within Network Design, including transportation time optimization and configuration initiatives

Assist with tracking program status, risks, and milestones across the portfolio

Contribute to cross-functional coordination across Operations, Transportation Planning, Supply Chain Systems, and Tech teams

Analyze data and metrics to surface insights and support decision-making

Help document processes and support knowledge management across the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently in penultimate year, completing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Curiosity about supply chain, logistics, or operations — no prior experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exposure to project or program management (coursework, clubs, or work experience)
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or data visualisation tools
