About the Role

This role plays in transforming organisational data into actionable business insight, operational efficiency, and strategic value and the role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with an interest in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, interpret, model, and synthesise organisational data from multiple operational and enterprise systems.
• Design and develop scalable reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and data solutions using modern BI technologies including Power BI and SQL-based platforms.
• Translate complex operational and business requirements into intuitive and actionable analytical solutions.
• Support and enhance enterprise data models, data warehousing structures, and reporting standards.
• Contribute to data governance, data quality, and master data improvement initiatives.
• Assist in integrating and rationalising data across disparate systems including ERP, fleet management, maintenance, and operational production systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data models, business logic, reporting standards, and solution architectures.
• Leverage AI-assisted development practices and modern tooling to improve development efficiency, consistency, and solution quality.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data solution delivery environments.
• Experience developing analytical and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and related data technologies.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, relational databases, reporting design principles, and data integration concepts.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern analytics technologies.

• Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
• Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
