About The Role

Make data make sense
Start where business, data, and technology meet. You could analyse data, build dashboards, map needs, support projects, and help teams make clearer decisions.
Training starts in FDM's Skills Lab, followed by assignments with leading Australian and global organisations. We match you to an assignment based on your strengths, interests, and career goals.

Start dates: rolling intake. Apply now.

Your first 12 weeks
You will build skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, business analysis, and AI fundamentals, while learning how to ask better questions and explain insights clearly.

About You

You might not see yourself as the “typical” tech candidate. That should not stop you applying.
We’re looking for people who enjoy solving problems, working with information, and making complex ideas easier to understand.

You'll bring:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher, in subjects such as Psychology, Maths, Statistic, Computer Science
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Clear communication and good people skills
  • The ability to pick things up quickly and adapt to new environments
  • A commitment to completing FDM's full 2.5-year graduate program
  • Eligibility to work in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident
  • Openness to relocating for client projects in Sydney or Melbourne, with relocation support provided
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, BI tools, or reporting
Working arrangement: office-based three to five days per week, depending on the client.
