Job Description

As a Business Support Officer, you are responsible for delivering high-quality admin and operational support to Specialist Doctors, ensuring the smooth functioning of the team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, offering accurate and timely assistance throughout their care.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with strong administrative skills, a passion for customer service, and a preference for working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also bring:

• Demonstrated ability to deal courteously with people by telephone and in person.
• Exceptional computer skills and general clerical experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team orientated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to function calmly under pressure.
• Understanding of and commitment to principles of confidentiality
• Exceptional attention to detail & efficient computer skills.
• Ability to use various computer applications
• Reliable and trustworthy with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to share a rotation of shifts EARLY & LATE (Range between 0730 and 1730 to 1800 on occasion)
• Desirable, though not essential: AIN qualifications to support specialist doctors during minor consult procedures.

Remuneration

$32.44 - $33.83 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Additional Information
