☕ FLOOR STAFF WANTED – WILDFLOWER SOCIETY HURSTVILLE

Wildflower Society is coming to Westfield Hurstville, and we’re building our opening team!

Wildflower Society is all about great food, quality coffee and genuine hospitality. We want every guest who walks through our doors to feel welcome and cared for, and to leave better than when they arrived.

We’re looking for energetic and friendly Floor Staff who love working with people and thrive in a busy café environment.

Your Role

  • Welcome and serve our guests

  • Clear, clean and reset tables
  • Keep the venue clean and beautifully presented
  • Support the barista and kitchen teams
  • Deliver warm, attentive service every shift

About You

You’re positive, reliable, well-presented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

Casual and part-time positions available.
