Introduction:
Top Cut Foods is a leading meat producer, who are passionate about giving our customers the best possible service from the most experienced specialist butchers for over 45 years.

Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Butcher to join our team and work an early morning shift from 4:00am to 1:00pm.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing, cutting and presenting quality meat products while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
Cutting, trimming and preparing a range of meat products
Operation of Bandsaw
Operation of Mincer
Portion Cutting
Boning and portioning meat to specification
customer orders
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Following food safety and workplace health & safety procedures
Working efficiently as part of a team

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous butchering experience
Has strong knife skills and attention to detail
Takes pride in producing quality work
Is reliable and comfortable starting at 4:00am
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
