This is your opportunity to build a highly technical, hands-on trade in an aviation workshop environment, working with advanced machinery and precision equipment that supports our entire fleet.
Our workshops are where expert engineering comes to life. You’ll operate advanced machinery including lathes, milling machines, grinders and CNC equipment, working with a range of materials such as aluminium alloys, stainless steel and titanium.
This is a pathway into precision engineering and advanced manufacturing, where you’ll build highly transferable technical skills in a specialised aviation environment to repair and maintain precision components that keep our aircraft flying
Our four-year apprenticeship combines formal training with our RTO partners, in-house courses and practical on-the-job experience. You’ll develop strong technical capability, gain exposure to a variety of components and processes, and grow into a qualified tradesperson supported by experienced engineers every step of the way.
If you enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail and are interested in working with advanced machinery and precision components, this is a great place to start your career in aviation.
