Your Role

You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests – from fine dining to casual cafes, weddings to large events. Whether you’re a newly qualified Chef or a seasoned professional, there's a place for you in our dynamic and supportive kitchen brigades.

  • Deliver high-quality meals across a variety of outlets including restaurants, cafes, and large events.
  • Contribute to the creativity and execution of diverse cuisine styles.
  • Support smooth kitchen operations with strong prep, presentation, and teamwork.
  • Mentor junior team members and share your culinary knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in your craft. You value teamwork, quality, and guest satisfaction above all.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum).
  • Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for culinary innovation.
  • Valid working rights in Australia (minimum 6 months).
  • Open Australian driver licence (manual preferred for some roles).
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
