Palm Club is a new island-inspired café and bar coming to Williamstown.

We’re looking for a confident and personable Barista who knows how to make an excellent coffee and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every person who walks through the door.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Producing consistently high-quality coffee
  • Providing warm and engaging customer service
  • Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and service-ready
  • Working efficiently during busy periods
  • Supporting the wider front-of-house team when required
  • Helping us build relationships with our local customers and regulars

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous barista experience
  • Can confidently manage the coffee station
  • Brings positive energy and personality to work
  • Enjoys talking to customers and remembering regulars
  • Takes pride in quality and presentation
  • Works well as part of a close team
  • Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
  • Is happy to help beyond the coffee machine

Morning and weekend availability will be highly regarded.
