Full job description

  • Coordinate the day to day preparation, display and service of food and beverages.
  • Manage control systems to measure customer satisfaction, food and beverage costs, labour costs, profit margins and other operational aspects of the training outlet space.
  • Supervise compliance with the food safety plan and other compliance requirements.
  • Perform cleaning duties whilst maintaining compliance with food safety requirements.

Pay: $55,158.62 – $81,851.05 per year
