Full job description

Frank & Harri is on the hunt for a Front of House Manager to run the show, lead a great little team, keep the floor buzzing, and be the friendly face our regulars come back for. Working closely with the owner and the kitchen/patisserie team to keep service tight and standards high.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day front of house operations opening, closing and service flow.
  • Lead, train and roster a small FOH team
  • Build and manage the team roster, with flexibility to adjust around trading needs.
  • Help train up backup staff so shifts are always covered.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience greet regulars, resolve feedback on the spot, and set the tone for the team.
  • Respond to catering and cake order enquiries via phone and email, keeping on top of the inbox.
  • Manage FOH stock, till reconciliation and daily cash/POS handling.
  • Partner with the kitchen and ownership on specials, seasonal menus and events.
  • Monitor sales performance and labour cost, and report on service issues.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years' hospitality experience, including time in a supervisory or team-lead role.
  • Strong barista skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience training and onboarding new staff.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of ownership over the role.
  • Personable, with a genuine interest in growing within the business.
