WE’RE HIRING — CAFÉ ALL-ROUNDER
Toby’s Milkbar | Prestons + Minto

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on all-rounder to join our team, working across both our Prestons and Minto locations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Coffee-making experience is a must — confident making consistently good coffee.
  • Food preparation and sandwich-making experience preferred.
  • Friendly, confident customer service.
  • Able to open and close the café independently once trained.
  • Common sense, initiative and attention to detail — someone who notices what needs doing and gets it done.
  • Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a busy café.
  • Available to work across both locations.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Making coffee and serving customers.
  • Taking orders and processing payments.
  • Preparing sandwiches and other menu items.
  • Keeping the café clean, organised and stocked.
  • Completing opening and closing duties.
