Cafe Manager – BAKE’D Punchbowl

BAKE’D Sydney is looking for an experienced and hands-on Cafe Manager to lead our team at our Punchbowl location.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, customer service and building a strong team.

About the Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe
  • Lead, train and motivate the FOH team
  • Manage staff rosters and labour costs
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Oversee coffee quality and service standards
  • Manage stock, ordering and wastage
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness and company procedures are followed
  • Handle customer feedback professionally
  • Support the business in achieving sales and profitability targets

About You

  • Previous experience as a Cafe Manager or Restaurant Manager
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Coffee/barista experience preferred
  • Confident managing a busy breakfast and lunch service
  • Good understanding of rostering, labour and stock control
  • Reliable, organised and hands-on
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays
