Full job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.

This is a fast-paced role in a busy café, so we’re looking for someone who can work efficiently under pressure, provide great customer service and be a positive team player.

About the role

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Making high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
  • Taking orders and serving customers
  • Operating the POS and handling payments
  • Clearing tables
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café
  • Restocking and general café duties
  • Working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous barista experience and is confident making coffee in a busy environment
  • Has excellent customer service skills
  • Works well under pressure and can maintain speed and quality
  • Is reliable, punctual and well presented
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Is willing to help wherever needed — no job is too big or too small
  • Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Is available to work a flexible roster, including weekends

Experience in a busy café is highly regarded.
