Full job description

We're looking for an experienced barista/all rounder to join the team at Mr Craftsman in Keysborough

Shift times - Monday to Friday 7:30am-2pm

Specifically this role will involve:

  • Being the in-house coffee expert and understanding coffee extraction
  • Working on a La Marzocco Linea PB - 3 group head
  • Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including POS service, running food out, cleaning tables etc
  • Experience working as a barista in a busy environment
  • Getting to know our customers and their regular coffee/food orders
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a clean, tidy and well prepared service area
  • Must be comfortable working on the coffee machine quickly
  • Must be able to multitask and be a team player, providing support where required
  • You will also complete pack down including cleaning for end of day closure
  • Comfortable serving customers

You must have a strong coffee knowledge. You'll be working as part of supportive team.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.85 – $35.50 per hour
