We’re looking for a Cafe Team Leader who can lead from the front, bring the energy, keep standards high and help their team deliver an awesome experience every time.

Why You’ll Love This Role
As a Cafe Team Leader at BOUNCE, you’ll play a key role in creating an awesome experience for our guests. Great food, quality coffee and exceptional hospitality are a huge part of the BOUNCE experience, and you’ll take ownership of the café operation within your venue.
You’ll lead from the front, inspire and develop your team, keep standards high and make sure the café is running smoothly through busy periods.
Whether you’re leading a weekend rush, preparing for a huge party day, training a new barista or looking for ways to improve café performance, you’ll play a key role in delivering the BOUNCE experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and coach Cafe Hosts to deliver awesome guest experiences.
• Champion coffee quality, food presentation and service standards.
• Be a role model for energy, positivity and exceptional hospitality.
• Lead the team through busy peak periods, weekends and party days.
• Support ordering, stock control and waste management.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance standards are maintained.
• Drive café performance through upselling, secondary spend and operational excellence.
• Build a strong café culture aligned with the BOUNCE values.
• Coach and develop your team, helping build confidence, skills and future career opportunities.

What You Bring to the Team

• A genuine passion for coffee, food and hospitality.
• Natural leadership - you inspire those around you and lead by example.
• A passion for people - supporting, developing and energising your team.
• Experience in a fast-paced café, hospitality, food & beverage or similar environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills, with a cool head under pressure.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to confidently lead during busy periods.
• Pride in presentation, organisation and attention to detail.
• A commercial mindset, with an understanding of upselling, stock and café performance.
• Availability across Thursday to Monday, including Friday evenings, weekends and peak periods.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification and RSA accreditation (where applicable) are highly regarded.
