About the Role

As Assistant Wellness Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the centre, supporting the Centre Manager to create exceptional customer experiences while leading a positive and accountable team culture.

No two days are exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Leading, motivating and supporting a small team
• Coaching staff to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Managing bookings, enquiries and our booking system
• Opening and closing the centre
• Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the centre
• Supporting daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Loves working with people and building genuine relationships
• Has previous leadership, supervisory or management experience
• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Is confident achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment
• Has an interest in health, wellness and helping others
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current First Aid & CPR certificate

Availability

This role works across a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends. Flexibility to work a combination of morning, afternoon and occasional evening shifts is essential.

Employment

• Full-time (38 hours per week)
• Permanent Part-Time may be considered for the right candidate.
