Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cafe All-Rounder to support daily operations in a busy, quality-focused cafe.

The ideal candidate will already have solid coffee-making skills and be confident preparing a range of espresso-based drinks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service
  • Prepare coffee and other drinks efficiently and consistently
  • Serve food and assist with light food preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the cafe
  • Support the team during busy service periods

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of coffee experience, including espresso extraction and milk texturing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Weekend availability preferred

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
