About the RoleAs Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations
• Lead, train and support front-of-house staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage rosters and labour costs
• Handle stock ordering and inventory control
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Drive sales and help grow the business

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Full Australian working rights
