We’re looking for enthusiastic Café All Rounders to join our growing team and be part of this exciting new chapter.

Training will commence immediately at our Casey Central store in Narre Warren South, where you’ll receive mentoring and support from our experienced team before the new store opens.

About you:

• Minimum 1 year Cafe Allrounder/Waiting Experience.
• Inspire customer loyalty through your exceptional service
• A difference maker
• Excel under pressure
• Have a high standard of excellence and are up for a challenge
• Enjoys contributing to a fun, team-oriented, customer-focused atmosphere
• Pos System knowledge preferred but not essential
• Barista Experience would be an advantage

About the role:

We have casual, part time and full time positions available - Must be available Weekdays and weekends (flexible hours!)

Duties will include:

• Daily café tasks (eg. Waiting tables, washing dishes. clearing tables etc)
• Serving customers to a high standard
• Assisting in customer order preparation
• General cleaning and station maintenance
• Re-stocking
• Duties also involve setting up outdoor furniture and packing away (some heavy lifting).

• Award rates plus penalties are on offer & will be discussed on interview.
• Progress to learning the making of our Monsta shakes, juices and more as well as hope to use the POS System and also coffee training for interested candidates!

Pay: $23.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
