Join the Host team at Retro’s Gold Coast


We’re looking for energetic, confident and customer-focused hospitality team members to join the team at Retro’s Gold Coast!


We’re hiring across multiple Front of House roles:

  • Hosts
  • Food & Beverage Attendants
  • Experienced Bartenders


Whether you have experience behind the bar, enjoy creating great guest experiences on the floor or love meeting new people and bringing the energy, we’d love to hear from you.


About The Opportunity

Retro’s is all about big nights, throwback anthems, great drinks and good times.


As part of our team, you’ll help create an exciting atmosphere, deliver memorable guest experiences and keep the venue running smoothly in a busy, high-energy nightlife environment.


From welcoming guests and engaging with passers-by to serving drinks and providing friendly floor service, there are opportunities to get involved across different areas of the venue.


What We’re Looking For

  • Fun, outgoing and energetic personality
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with guests and working in a busy nightlife environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded
  • Previous bartending experience is essential for experienced bartender positions
  • A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
  • Friday and Saturday availability
  • Current QLD RSA for applicable roles
  • Valid Australian working rights
