Casual Front of House Staff (Waiter/Waitress/Bartender) – Bontempo Pizzeria, Fitzroy

Bontempo Pizzeria is looking for energetic and customer-focused Casual Front of House Team Members to join our team.

If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love creating great experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and seating customers.
  • Taking food and beverage orders.
  • Serving food and drinks with exceptional customer service.
  • Preparing and serving beverages (bartender duties).
  • Maintaining a clean and organised dining and bar area.
  • Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Friendly, positive, and reliable attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • RSA Certificate (required for bartender duties).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
