What will you do:

• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service.
• Take customer orders and process POS transactions accurately.
• Assist with food and drink service during busy periods.
• Keep tables, service areas and the restaurant clean and presentable.
• Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally.

What do you need:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork.
• Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• RSA Certificate
