About the role:

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. Our customers are met with passionate team members ready to provide exceptional service and the best experience, based in our Bunnings Cafe.

This is a f ull-time role and flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday between 7am-5pm is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above a t $28.64 per ho ur for this role.

What's involved:

  • Provide warm and friendly service to every customer

  • Be responsible for stock management, whilst ensuring a clean and tidy cafe environment

  • Crafting quality coffee and food with care and consistency

  • Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way

  • Follow all Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming cafe environment

Who we're looking for

We're looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow. The path within Bunnings is yours to build - you could become the next future leader or department supervisor , and we are committed to giving you the skills and showing you the ropes throughout your journey. You'll need:

  • A genui ne passion for customer experience , positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Previous experience in hospitality, café or as a Barista is a plus, but not essential – we ’ll provide the training!

  • Great communication and teamwork skills

  • To act with integrity, be safe and do your best

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

When you’re ready to give this opportunity a Red Hot Go, all you’ll need to do is:
