Full job description

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone
  • Process dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders
  • Handle POS and cash/card transactions
  • Prepare and serve drinks and other front-of-house items
  • Deliver food and drinks to tables
  • Keep the dining area, counter and FOH areas clean and organised
  • Assist with setting and clearing tables
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members
  • Handle customer questions and requests professionally
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
  • Help maintain a positive, fast-paced and welcoming restaurant environment

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
