Turquoise Cafe Midland is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and bubbly Casual Waitstaff to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and can create a welcoming experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be confident working on the floor as waitstaff, while also being comfortable and capable behind the bar making coffees and helping wherever needed.

About the role:

  • Providing friendly and attentive table service
  • Taking customer orders and processing payments
  • Delivering food and drinks to tables
  • Making quality coffee and other beverages
  • Working confidently behind the bar and keeping the coffee/bar area organised
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented café
  • Working as part of a team to ensure smooth service
  • Providing great customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer
  • Jumping in and helping wherever needed during busy periods

What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A bubbly, enthusiastic and approachable personality
  • Previous waitstaff and/or barista experience
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced café environment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods

  • Availability to work weekends
