Cafe All-Rounder (Casual) | A Mano Cafe, Annerley

Join our friendly team at A Mano Cafe!

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cafe All-Rounder to join our small team in Annerley.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term position with a supportive team.

Previous cafe, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, and barista experience is a bonus, however we're happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude and willingness to learn.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Serving and interacting with customers;
  • Taking orders and processing payments;
  • Making coffees, smoothies and cold drinks;
  • Packing cabinet items and sweets;
  • General cleaning and maintaining cafe presentation;
  • Assisting with opening or closing duties;
  • Supporting the team wherever needed.

  • Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service;
  • Takes initiative and works well independently;
  • Works well as part of a small team;
  • Remains calm and efficient during busy periods;

Our cafe is open 7 days a week from 5:30am to 2:00pm weekdays and 6:30am to 2:00pm on weekends, with shifts scheduled within these hours.

We're looking to fill 2-3 shifts per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the role develops. Early morning availability will be highly regarded.

Experience

Preferred but not essential:

  • Cafe experience;
  • Hospitality experience;
  • Customer service experience; and
  • Basic barista skills.
