Part-Time & Casual Team Members

We’re looking for friendly and reliable people to join our Gong Cha team!

About the Role

As a Gong cha Team Member, you’ll be involved in:

• Preparing and serving Gong cha drinks
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Taking customer orders and operating the POS
• Preparing toppings and ingredients
• Maintaining a clean and organised store
• Working together with the team during busy periods
• Following Gong Cha recipes, procedures and food safety standards
• Restocking ingredients

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have a positive and friendly attitude
• Are reliable, punctual and willing to learn
• Can work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Have good communication and customer service skills
• Are available for a mix of weekday, evening and weekend shifts
• Are able to work during school holidays and public holidays when required

Previous hospitality or experience in working in a bubble tea store is a bonus, but not essential — training will be provided.
