Full job description

AP Bakery started in 2021 by a group of all-star hospitality owners. Now with various locations in Sydney, we are excited to be adding more talented barista's to the team.

If you are looking for a fun, dynamic and high-volume work environment, we want you! We are looking for a barista all-rounder - someone who can make exceptional coffee, but who is also happy to serve guests and take orders. Would suit a person who loves to chat to people.

We offer a supportive and friendly team, as well as delicious pastries! And all the coffee you can drink.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in similar roles
  • Ability to serve 4-5kg coffee on your own
  • Understanding of dial‑in, shot quality, milk texture, latte art basics, cleaning & maintenance
  • Maintain high service standards
  • Worked in a quality restaurant or hotel providing table service/barista role
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Ability to handle busy periods with grace and efficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
  • Follow health and safety protocols, policies and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
  • A keen eye for detail to maintain our venue's high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, can-do and cheerful attitude, even during the busiest moments
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and seamless service
